We can handle many of your post-operative care needs while you concentrate on healing in the comfort of your own home thanks to our in-home nursing care services. With the help of Mayers Care's respite programs, you and other family members can take a break from your caregiving responsibilities, unwind, and refocus before returning to the person you are caring for with more vitality. Our goal is to improve your well-being during your time away and help you and your loved one reconnect when you return. Post Operative Care Services include: * Close coordination with your medical care team to adhere to any discharge instructions  * Transportation – we can transport you to and from your home following your hospital discharge  * Prescription collection  * Assistance with medication reminders  * Assistance with meal preparation  * Liaising with healthcare providers and sharing information with your loved ones
