In order to incorporate your preferred pastimes into your care plan, our all-inclusive in-home care team will inquire about your favorite things to do during the day. Do you enjoy taking morning walks with pals or going to a pottery class once a week? Your caretaker can go with you and make travel arrangements to and from your preferred activities. Do you need help making the ham and stuffing for your holiday dinner with relatives? Before your guests arrive, your caregiver will be prepared to help you with organizing your menu, picking out the ideal bouquet of flowers, grocery shopping, and table preparation. Together with your caregiver, Mayers Care helps our clients and their families by streamlining and simplifying the day-to-day administration of home care. We assign you a care manager from the agency who will serve as your primary point of contact and assist you with various tasks, such as supervising the coordination of all in-home care and facilitating communication between your family, care team, physician, nurses, and other healthcare providers. Your care manager can help your loved one establish both short- and long-term care goals and relieve some of the stress associated with senior care.
